Overview

Silverado's highest trim (ignoring the ZR2), luxury pickup truck offering immense comfort and available hands-free highway driving, this is a capable and pretty cool truck.

Personal Notes

Pretty good but kind of unreliable option (besides the 5.3L EcoTec v8 engine) that has tons of power and good looks, combined with amazing comfort ratings that'll impress anyone, this is kind of a middle ground between Ram and Ford. It has comfort but is also most likely to be used as a work truck rather than a daily driver, especially in lower trims. Sure, it is nice, but from a daily driving standpoint, it is relatively mediocre. Plush ride, mediocre but incredibly clear Bose sound system. To get the max trailering package, you need the notoriously unreliable 6.2L engine or the somewhat more reliable 3.0L diesel engine, which can get expensive and has more maintenance because it is a diesel engine. I would get this if I wanted to extend the Chevrolet family legacy, but it's honestly not the most perfect option. This is my third option, below Ram and Ford respectively.
